May-June;
Asparagus, Rubarb
Mid June- mid July; strawberries, strawberry jam, maple syrup
Mid July; sweet corn, new potatoes, beans (green & yellow),
tomatoes, raspberries, blueberries, onions, carrots, cucumbers, peppers
(hot& bell), zuchini (yellow&green), jams & preserves
Fall; pumpkins,fresh apples (over 8 varieties), squash (over
6 varieties), gourds, Fall decor, jams and preserves and
many Fall vegetables depending on frost.
